The emotions rise high!
Waves clap their hands in the ocean!
My heart – an eternal unrest again!
The lies, the truths, the friends, the foes
My heart whispers inside –
Tells the tale of heartaches and heartbreak.
My mind talks in silent nights
Of thoughts unspoken with beloved – friends and lovers!
Regrets of the things I did & things I did not do,
Regrets of the words I spoke and did not speak,
Feelings I wanted to pour out
Hurts that remained inside!!
They still whisper in the silent parks !
I get up from where I sit
Telling them to shut up and walk away amidst the crowd where the whispers lose their voice!
